Public databases, GEO introduction, and GEO2R demonstration

Here we discuss the public databases and repositories that exist for genomic and other omic data.  We'll focus on the Gene Expression Omnibus and show how a tool on that site - GEO2R - can be used to do simple analyses of microarray data.
