CareerBound Skillsurvey Instructions

SkillSurvey is a standardized assessment tool which allows you to evaluate your level of proficiency in the eight (8) Career Readiness competencies identified by NACE as high-value to employers.

These competencies are:

Career & Self-Development
Communication
Critical Thinking
Equity & Inclusion
Leadership
Professionalism
Teamwork
Technology
SkillSurvey is also used by companies to evaluate job applicants on the same competencies we are developing in Careerbound. This allows us to provide you feedback on your current skill levels as compared to your peers as well as people who are already in the job market.

We use this information to build your personalized professional development journey. You will have the opportunity to reassess your skills periodically throughout the program, tracking your progress as you build your career readiness.

Completing the assessment should take you no more than 10-15 minutes, and the same for your evaluators.
